A lot of them are NOT tested, so in effect you could be applying something that could be absorbed into the bloodstreem and could potentially harm the baby. Thats why if you really must be tanned try not to do it in the first trimester and later use Safe Tan, which consists only of tested ingredients that have been proven to be benign.</description>
