Jane Rainford

Jane Rainford on Google+Jane Rainford is the chief writer and editor for Online Mum, where she is responsible for researching and writing articles. She also writes the blog – Joys and Heartaches of a 1st time Mum, where you can follow her as her baby grew into a boy.

Before writing for Online Mum, Jane was a full time Mum to her son, it was this that made her realise she could pass on her experiences and she hopes you get some good information from her site.

In a previous life Jane has a BA (Hons) degree from Liverpool University in Communications, and is married to her soulmate. Her personal interests include writing and watching good movies, not that she has the time anymore. She loves her family and friends and thinks Oscar Wilde was right – “Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.”

Her favourite quote is “A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller, home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for.” But she has no idea who coined it!
